Hello and welcome to our website!  We're Steve & Sherry Crossno from scenic Bluffton, Arkansas, which is in the West central part of our state.  Bluffton isn't much more than wide spot in the road, but we're lucky, we do have a Post Office and a coke machine (nix on that coke machine - it's disappeared)!   We spend most of our time (and all of our money!) raising registered American Paint Horses.  Hopefully this website will be easy to read and simple to follow - but if you have problems viewing it, please let us know so we can work on it.

wedpic.jpg (21839 bytes)We moved our horses to Bluffton in the summer of 1999, and every since then its been one project after another from clearing pastures to building our barn/home.  Though we still have lots of work to do, we've come a long way.  Most of our young horses and all of our broodmares are pastured year round on 50+ acres.

Paint horses aren't just a passing fancy for us as we've been showing ours in open shows around here long before they became popular and we are lifetime members of the American Paint Horse Association.  We have many 'foundation' Paint bloodlines in our stock such as Yellow Mount, Adios Amigos, Mardelle Dixon, Versary Bars, Painted Robin, Sonny Dee Bar and many others.  Horses are so much a part of our life that the day we were married, we took a horse to the wedding and went to a horse show afterwards!  So much for the honeymoon.  Oh, well, that's the way we like it.

We have an AQHA/APHA cremello stallion, Dougie, and an APHA black homozygous tobiano, Apache, that we stand to the public.  If you want to breed for palomino or buckskin color, we can guarantee it or if you are breeding for tobiano color, we can guarantee that too!  With only a few foals on the ground the color genetics are working 100%.
